The Kulfuo Sub-District of Sissala East Municipal in Upper West Region recorded 49 teenage pregnancies in 2017, health officials have said, with 15 of them believed to be in their teens going into marriage. Train derails at Tesano; scores injured

An Accra-bound train from Nsawam has left some passengers injured after it derailed at Tesano on Monday morning. It is unclear yet what caused the train to derail.
