A 33 YEAR OLD ACCOUNTANT WITH PLAN INTERTIONAL GHANA OUTDOORED PARAMOUNT CHIEF OF ZINI TRADITIONAL AREA

A 33 year old accountant Mr.DIYAKA SUKABE NINIA’ V  working with a child centered NGO Plan International Ghana has been outdoored in a an electrifying and colorful ceremony as the paramount chief of the Zini traditional area in the Sissala West District of the Upper West Region.

Known in private life as Sumani Sunkuso Abu has being with Plan international Ghana and with the Tamale office for the past 11 years. He is also very known to social media enthusiasts for his intellectual and and ability to articulate happenings in society into writing.

Before this day,the traditional area has been with a substantive chief since the demise of the late chief Doctawie Ninia the 4th in the year 2010.

The Zini traditional area comprises of four divisional chiefs,nineteen communities with the Zini area being the paramountcy. The Upper West Regional house of chiefs representative in the person of Mr.Baabina John has entreated the the new paramount chief Kuoro Diyaka Sukabe Ninia to use his vast experience in social mobilization to bring together the people and under take development projects.He conclude by commending the people traditional area for the peaceful manner in which the transition was done and advise other areas to emulate them.

Gwollu kouro’s representative ,the chief of Bulu  has advised the new to exercise patience regardless of the situation he finds himself  and hence also admonished the Zini community members to very supportive to the chief in the discharge of his duties.

AS part of the speech of the new chief,he recounted how Zini community had enjoyed peace since the reign of chief Ninia till date and pledged to maintain that. He stated how poised and ready he is to face the challenges of the Buwaa area with his experience and support of the people find lasting solutions to them. He mentioned  some of the challenges of the area as poor BECE results,bad road network and land disputes and calls for support to make all these challenges a thing of the past.
